With a surface area of 69 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers, it is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). It comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower and double basin). Cleaning is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

Roma Maximus "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé dans l'hyper centre de Toulouse et donc idéal pour visiter la ville. L' appartement en lui même est très bien décoré et équipé. Seuls petits bémols, absence de climatisation (ventilateurs à disposition) et une tringle qui s'est décrochée (intervention rapide du propriétaire). Je recommande."

Roma Maximus Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Toulouse dans cet appartement, idéalement placé pour tout faire à pied. C’est dans l’hyper centre donc avec beaucoup de passage Jour et Nuit, mais l’insonorisation est très bien. Nous avons très bien dormi. L’appartement est vaste, on s’y sent très bien, je recommande.
