The staff could not have been more welcoming and went above and beyond to take care of all your needs. Very cool vibe and very comfortable bed and pillows. Great location - walkable to all the major sights in Thessaloniki. Will stay here again when we go back."

"An almost perfect stay in Thessaloniki! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, the facilities are modern, and the entire place felt spotlessly clean and fresh. I especially enjoyed the excellent shower (water pressure is important:) and the high standard of service from the friendly staff. The only area for improvement would be the vegan breakfast options. Currently, the choices are mostly limited to toast and fruit. Since finding vegan variety in Thessaloniki can be a challenge, having some protein-based options (like tofu, legumes, or plant-based yogurt) would truly make this hotel perfect. Aside from that, everything was flawless. I would definitely love to stay here again!"

"The hotel was suitable for our needs. It is definitely dated but it is clean and was in a location that was convenient to where we wanted to go. We got a triple which was kind of cramped, but the breakfast was good. We also got room service one night and the pizza was better than I expected from a hotel restaurant."

"The doorknobs are ridiculous. Full stop! Not only did I have issues with trying to get in, so did other guests. I refuse to ever stay again for that alone. The heater/ac unit remote stopped working, the stove didn’t work, there’s no door or curtain on the shower so water goes everywhere, bed was hard and lumpy, duvet was too small…. It was very clean, though, and centrally located, I felt safe, the building was clean and decent once inside but the exterior isn’t great. Maybe my room was bad, but those doorknobs gotta go. I won’t be back. "
