Better communication needed

When we booked we sent a message asking if we would be able to check in at 23.30hrs butt we never received a reply. When we arrived we were unable to access the car park as the gate was locked. We had to wait for an existing guest to return home. We were able to check in at a 24hr kiosk but still had no code for the gate. An email in advance would have been appreciated and very helpful. Thankfully another guest let ys in the gate. Room was clean, quiet and adequate.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top: McDo, carrefour, lidl, station service, etc tout autour. La départementale est facilement accessible et c'est à moins de 10mn en voiture des plages. Des bons points mais peut mieux faire

Une chambre très spacieuse et un lit xxl très agréable, dommage que les oreillers soient si durs. A l'issue de la première nuitée j'ai signalé l'absence de savon dans la douche ainsi que l'évier bouché mais aucune correction a été apportée pour la deuxième nuitée, le ménage n'a d'ailleurs pas été fait. On peut noter également un fond des toilettes à entretenir.
