Our Stay in Tourgeville
Very nice hotel, good service with nice rooms and like most of France, very dog friendly. Our room was very nice and spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of room for walking our dog Mia as well and everyone at the hotel made us feel very welcome and spoke good English.

Luxury in the countryside
We stayed here a few days ago and was most impressed by the friendly service! The lounge and bar area were luxurious and well appointed with a gorgeous huge open fire! The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom fabulous! We ate in the restaurant in the evening and it was fantastic - great service and good quality. Minor niggles for us were no tea/coffee facilities in the room and the drinks were VERY pricey - but we did love it - the pool was great too!

The grounds were beautiful and the hotel is set out away from the city with a country feel. It was very quiet. We had a nice meal at the hotel restaurant. The room was spacious, comfortable and modern. The staff were exceptionally nice. When I returned home to the US I realized I had left my Kindle reader in the hotel room. The staff located my Kindle and shipped it back to me. I like to exercise and the gym area was very small but did have some free weights.

Nice Hotel, OK Restaurant
The hotel buildings, room and facilities were all of an extremely high standard and the staff were generally helpful and friendly. However, the experience is let down by the food. Bar meals were extremely expensive for what is essentially pub grub - 24 Euros for a croque monsieur with only a small green salad on the side. The restaurant menu would lead you to believe that you are in for a Michelin star style treat and whilst the food is at OK, it is nothing more than that. They would be better doing a few simple things well rather than trying to shoot too high at dishes which seem beyond the competence level of the kitchen staff. Service was also painfully slow even though the restaurant was not very busy. There isn't really an eating alternative as the hotel is located far away from anywhere else where you might eat. If they could get the food sorted then I would give this place a really hearty recommendation.

We were upgraded to a suite, very beautiful and comfortable room. Hotel's common areas are beautiful, staff is very nice and food was good.

Very Comfortable and Friendly
Very comfortable, well run hotel. Welcoming staff and delicious food. Very nice pool. Peaceful surroundings - about a half an hour's drive to the D-Day Beaches so a good base for exploring these.

Nice hotel. Good rooms. Very expensive at a 4 star hotel for food and drink nat the hotel which is problematic as your quite a distance from anywhere else.69€ for 2 adults and 2 children for breakfast puts you off breakfast.

Very nice hotel
This hotel is very comfortable and spacious. It is close enough to civilisation and motorways if you want to sightsee, but it would also be a good place to retreat for a while. My only minor comments are that it's in the middle of nowhere (which is also a plus), therefore you definitely need a car (and preferably a sat nav too!); and there wasn't air conditioning - which would have been useful when it was still 30 degrees at midnight.

A one night stay
Room: Clean but Wifi coverage was below standard to not working. No air conditioning. Our room was under the roof and the sunny weather made it very uncomfortable. Service: for the price and how the hotel position itself the service was below average, somewhat of a disappointment but the worst is still to come... Food! Do not let them fool you with their gastronomic restaurant. My wife is allergic to gluten and when I made the reservation the assured me that they have gluten free solution. Well their solution is to take everything out that may contain gluten (including rice that does not contain gluten). As an example the main course which had a promising and fancy description ended up being an overcook piece of beef with plain mash potatoes. I am an awful cook but I would have done better and for sure it would not have cost me a hefty 32 Euros. Also the service took forever and we had the feeling that our presence was bothering them. We left very disappointed. Location: far from Deauville / Trouville and the ocean. If you like to be lost in the green that's the perfect place.

lovely except grumpy staff
we thought this hotel was excellent on first glance so we thought we would go to the bar and have an aperitif only to be met by the grumpiest staff which totally spoilt the atmosphere, so we went to our room. In the dinner restaurant, the same staff were there and were still rude and grumpy which just put us off eating there.

endroit retiré où l'on est au calme. Petit déjeuner décevant par rapport au prix de 25€, les produits proposés n'ont rien d'exceptionnel. La piscine n'a pas de jets, par contre elle est grande. Pas de tisane ou thé mis à disposition, dommage. Quand on se trouve dans un logement non attenant au bâtiment principal, pas de sac à disposition pour emmener le peignoir et les chaussons, du coup on se retrouve avec une serviette, car pas de peignoir disponible au spa. Massage aux pierres chaudes très agréable, dommage qu'une boisson ne soit pas proposée après, ailleurs c'est toujours proposé. En résumé hotel bien mais pas extraordinaire.

Séjour de rêve
Un séjour fantastique dans un endroit extraordinaire. Rien à redire : tout a été parfait. Chambres vastes et parfaitement équipées, literie excellente, salle de bains élégante, douche hydromassante, équipements de l'hôtel au top (piscine couverte, sauna, cinéma privé...), site verdoyant d'une grande beauté, excellent petit dejeuner buffet, personnel souriant, aimable et très professionnel. Un sans-faute !
