The staff were so lovely and accommodating! Our room was luxurious and we had a lovely view of the river. They even put a happy birthday dessert plate in the room for my husband- very kind! I do want to say that the leisure/pool center was quite a disappointment. It is very outdated and so dirty that I didn't even end up putting my suit on to use the facilities. The whole center could really use some updating and TLC. My family lives locally and used to have a membership to the facility but had to cancel it due to the run down conditions. All this aside though- the hotel, the staff, the restaurant and the bar are excellent! Just don't bring your swimsuit :)

"Parking situation is odd...you park down the road at the library then walk back to the hotel...a bit odd as there was a guy in the street yelling and waving his arms around clearly angry and upset about something...not a great firxt impression. Our room (128) was dated with a good sized black sticky ..."
