The first day nobody ever came to clean our room. We asked them to come and some younger guy came and cleaned only half the room. One bed was made and the other was not. Dirty floor and dirty cups remained. We had a full bag or sunflower seeds and a full bag of walnuts. Those disappeared after he left. Also the bottom of a bikini disappeared. Not happy at all. Horrible employee. Whether he took all the stuff for himself or just threw it away, we don't know, but the staff was not very responsive to this after complaining. They just told me they cannot do anything and we had to go to security.
