The staff was extremely helpful and accomidation. The location is excellent proximity to the Effel Towel (15 minute walk) and to the Arc de Triomphe (18 minute walk). We had the handicap accessable rome which allowed ample space for my partners wheelchair.

Good location, lovely decor, courteous staff and a great haven to explore Paris.

The hotel was overall satisfactory, and the cleaning service was good. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working at all throughout our entire seven-night stay. The room remained uncomfortably hot both during the day and at night, which made it very difficult to sleep and enjoy our stay. We informed the staff about the issue, but unfortunately, no effective solution was provided. We were simply advised to open the windows, but the outside noise was so loud that this was not a practical option and made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was disappointing primarily because of the lack of air conditioning and the lack of an adequate response to the problem.

We had a great stay at the Hoy. To start, we were allowed to drop our bags off early. When we came back at check in time we were given an upgraded room without even asking. The room was beautiful and had nice personal touches to it that I have not seen in other hotels such as a personal note and chocolates left on the bed for us, a fresh bottle of water and an exercise bar with a diagram of some stretches you could do. The room was very modern and spacious. The location was also great right in the center of Montmartre. We definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
