"Quiet and well appointed resort like setting. Very friendly and accommodating service. It is away from main/tourist area so those wanting a nice and quiet place to retreat to at the end of the night will appreciate this place. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, which is about a 5. Minute tram ride to main tourist area. Breakfast and dinner was great and the spa amenities was just as nice. Would return again."

"A very pleasant, modern hotel well situated about half way between the Cathedral and the Old Town. Also right next to tram stop from where you can get trams to Tours Centre railway station. Very helpful staff (they had to fix our sink at one point and this was done very quickly). Breakfast could be a little chaotic with items running out and very few staff about."

"The staff at this very modern gentile hotel were absolutely astounding! They were very personal, intimate, and friendly. We had a couple of problems with our room, and they helped us immediately. The hotel was a little gem in a fantastic location, right by Les Halle’s, with underground parking, so it’s great if you have a rental car. I highly recommend it!"

"Very convenient for the train station, tourist bureau and supermarket close by. Easy walk into town centre. Friendly helpful staff on reception. Good WiFi. Kitchen had what you needed. You could buy a few things at reception like UHT milk if needed. The apartment was well laid out. Quiet. Comfortable beds We found the check in times a bit confusing online but relieved to find they'd been extended when we arrived."

"Good and convenient location close to city centre and train station with parking available on-street nearby. We had adjoining rooms - quite small but did the job as we only stayed one night but while passing through. They accept dogs which is a plus and limits our choices. Helpful staff. We didn’t have breakfast as there are some lovely patisseries in the town."

"Wknd breakfasts start late: 8;30 and I am already out the door. AND rooms don't have coffee or tea setups but do have kitchens? Pool and fitness center also had limited hours. Wanted to do an AM swim but it opened AFTER breakfast? Location was good and thankfully there is a grocery next door."

"We stayed as a family of four. There were building works ongoing, which we did not know about before, but were informed of immediately when we checked in. The dining room and bar were not available but the hotel did offer a breakfast bag option as an alternative. The room itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and there was aircon and a fan provided which was good. The bathroom was also very clean and well equipped. The location is great, a 10 minute walk into the centre of Tour and we managed to park on the street outside the hotel for free. We booked through Hotels.com and the booking said we got a free drink on arrival, we were not offered that but I assume that is because of the maintenance works."
