"My family and I enjoyed this house and it was great to be able to appreciate the old architectural charm of the building. The outdoor space was perfect for us and was a big plus. The house isn’t right in the city center but we were able to walk or ride bikes into town very conveniently. The only real negative was the checkin and checkout process as the place where we had to pick up and drop off the key was not close by especially if you were in a rush or didn’t have a car. "This VRBO was perfect! We were just passing through the Tours area with a group of 5 adults. There were enough beds for everyone, the stairs were steep but quite fun to use as well! There is a bakery right beside, a grocery store within walking distance, and enough parking nearby! Super clean place and the coffee machine was a hit in the morning."

"Good location close to river and the main street in Saint-Avertin close to Tours. The backyard in very nice with the pool and the Bocce Ball court. The house is very spacious and the art on the walls in beautiful. The only negative point was that there is only one bathroom on the second floor, and it is far away from the master bathroom close to the Master bedroom. Overall, we had a very good stay."
