Great hotel in a great location easy to get to from Termini. Breakfast was very good, room was a great size and spotless. Main sites easily walkable, especially the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Good location and very friendly staff, but unfortunately that’s about where the positives end. The hotel is extremely outdated, with stained carpet and furniture, an old bathroom, a tub that didn’t drain properly, strange smells throughout, and sketchy elevators. We actually looked into options to leave shortly after getting into our room, even though it was late at night.
The staff were nice and did waive an unexpected additional resort fee after we questioned it, but we felt very misled by the listing and photos. It seems the property may be going through a transition/potential purchase, so hopefully improvements are coming.
At the end of the day, if you simply need a place to rest your head in a good location, this will do. But for anything beyond that, I would look elsewhere. We would not stay here again.
