"Staff were very friendly and helpful ; in particular the lady who checked us in on arrival.The food was very good - we dined there in the 2 evenings we stayed & choices were good. I must comment on the plentiful selection of choices available at breakfast which included local specialities - delicious. The rooftop area with loungers of various types was lovely. We had a sea view room which was spacious and comfortable . Nice area to stay to visit here and other places on the coast down to Santa Maria de Leuca & inland."

"Misleading information on website. This was NOT a wheelchair accessible room as the shower was a step over cubicle and no handrails or equipment around the toilet area. To access the ‘disabled’ toilet off the dining room area you would have to negotiate a 10” step up and then down a 6” step. Again no rails or toilet equipment. Staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough. The lovely receptionist was very apologetic and sourced us another hotel locally which had a wheelchair accessible toilet and shower. The swimming pool itself was absolutely filthy and the photos shown on the website must have been taken when this hotel was first built as there were no palm trees in the website photographs - yet in reality there were quite a few that are now more than 60ft tall. "
