"The rooms are dated, however, in fairness they are doing major renovations and obviously working through each room. The service was extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean and tidy. Also the bed was very comfortabe. Would certainly stay there again"

"The motel is on the main road in Charters Towers and very noisy. Most of the day and night there are cattle trains travelling past - just a warning if you are a light sleeper or travelling with children. The family room we stayed in didn't have a lock or latch on the bathroom door and the door wouldn't close if you were in the shower as the two doors blocked each other. The night before staying here, we stayed in a new, two bedroom, two bathroom motel with full kitchen, etc for the same price...
