"Comfortable beds, Good space in room for what I needed"

"Only stayed there one night so can’t really comment on the amenities as I didn’t use them. I was staying on the 21st floor which in itself wasn’t an issue but when you get back from a night out and large party of people are waiting for the lifts of which there are 2 it took a good 10 minutes or so to get to my room. I put this down to bad timing. The following morning I called the lift. It came up to the 20th floor then went back down again so I effectively had to wait for the other lift and endure all the subsequent stops on its journey to the ground floor. My recommendation if looking to book here is request a room on the lower levels. Other than that the room and bed were comfortable and the staff were friendly. "

"Very convenient for the train station and centre of Cardiff. Hotel was very modern and clean. Room was slightly small but plenty big enough for one night. Staff at check in were great. Would definitely use them again. "
