"Did not go to the bar or lounge. Parking was in front of window/door. I thought I reserved a balcony so we couldn't see out the window because the vehicle blocked the view. They did have benches in the grassy area to sit on."

The so-called breakfast was some individually wrapped pastries and just one coffee choice (no decaf) and juice boxes for the kids, essentially not a breakfast at all.
