  • Consider this recreational vehicle your home away from home while you visit Walland, with year round views of the Little River and gorgeous mountains. Only 3 miles from Townsend, TN and 6.5 miles to the Smoky Mtn National Park/Cades Cove Entrance.

    This cool RV features 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds, heating, AC, full kitchen with all utensils, plates, glasses, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven, TV, Bluetooth Stereo, and WiFi.

    The bathroom includes a shower, and there's even a living room with 2 sofa beds for extra guests. All linens and towels provided.

    Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by nature in this awesome RV. We have hiking trails to the top of our land or walk across the road to go fishing, kayaking/tubing or swim in the Little River. Fire pit onsite, rest under the pergola with outdoor cooking space coming soon.

    Knoxville Downtown 35 minutes
    Fantastic location in nature but close to all tourist/metro areas for work.
