We stay here all the time as it is convenient and close to the facilities that we needed to be at.The rooms are clean,comfortable and has all the facilities that is required.

GTC weekend for Souths Juniors Magpies
Highly Recommend Cascade! Rooms were spacious and clean and accomodated our Footy team and their families. Marion at reception was lovely to deal with very welcoming and had everything ready on arrival. Secure safe undercover parking right outside your room and a swimming pool was perfect for the hot days. We will definitely be back next time we have a tournament in Townsville

Conveniently Close to the Sporting Complex, Shops and enough dining options without having to go into Townsville. Next time I would opt for the Separate bedrooms but the rooms were still nice and spacious. The only downside was the floor was dirtier than what the eye could see based on the amount of black dirt left on our feet from day 1. Apart from that, it's good value and enough amenities to get us through for 5 days.

Room was spacious, modern and maintained. Beds were very comfortable. A/C didn't work. Liquid soap from dispenser in shower made tile shower floor VERY slippery. Couldn't hear a thing from busy road outside. Would stay again.

Played in a sporting event nearby so was walkable and coffee/dining/pub options not too far too. Staff very good. Breakfast ok. Room older but good ac, hot water, didn’t use but cooking facilities good. Saw other rooms that have been very well renovated. Would stay again for same purpose.

Good location. Self contained with basics for cooking supplied. Separate bedroom. Friendly and helpful staff. It was just a shame that there wasn't a dedicated smoker's area well away from the rooms as those in the rooms next door were able to smoke right outside their rooms. Not pleasant for non-smokers.

Second stay at Cascade Motel, this time the residents at the rear of the property were a little noisy, but this is only a small negative as our 1 bedroom apartment was very clean and well kept. Kitchenette well stocked, even with plastic and foil wrap, full sized fridge/freezer that actually managed to freeze the water in the ice cube trays and our eskies icepacks. 2 good sized tv's , undercover parking, ac and fans, good water pressure in showers. Well loved, nice and clean and maintained, we would certainly stay again and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Good sized 1 bedder apartment well stocked kitchenette that even had plastic and foil wraps, large fridge that was cold and actually produced ice, under cover parking, older motel, but clean. We would stay there again!

We loved the motel. It has got everything you need. The room had a separate bedroom and living room. There were two TV's with many channels to choose from plus Netflix. There was a washing machine and well-equipped kitchen including a full size fridge. The room was ultre modern. Nearby there were takeaway options and we loved fish and chips from Nick's place a few steps away from the motel. In motel there is a pool but we did not have time to use it. The staff were brilliant. It is now our favourite place to stop in Townsville.
