Beautiful Villa in the nearby suggestive seaside resort of Trabia on the Tyrrhenian coast of Sicily. The Villa offers large private shaded outdoor areas, equipped for relaxing and outdoor dinners, barbecue, enclosed land with fruit trees, parking available, views of the countryside and the sea. Private swimming pool 10 x 5, Pleasant furnishings, well equipped kitchen, wifi, access to the veranda from the large living room with kitchen / dining room and fireplace. At ca. 1 km the characteristic seaside village of San Nicola l'Arena with shops and services of all kinds, tourist port, beaches and its beautiful castle on the sea. 3 km Altavilla di Milicia with the sanctuary of the Madonna della Milicia; 15 km from the archaeological site of Solunto; 5 km Bagheria - the city of villas; 20 km from the city of Palermo, the Sicilian capital, with its immense artistic and cultural heritage: from the splendid Cathedral to the Norman palace, from the numerous noble palaces and museums to the characteristic and lively markets full of colors and smells. 25 km the beautiful seaside village of Cefalù, pearl of Sicily, with ferries to the Aeolian Islands.
