"Perfect place to stay for a relaxing adventure. It's about 1 hour away from the Crater Lake Lodge and an easy drive. The house is clean and comfortable. The outdoor area by the river is covered so you can enjoy even when it's raining. Our only critique was that there was only one kitchen towel for use. I would suggest a few more for guests that like to cook and do not want to waste paper towels."

"This cabin by the river had great views and was clean. Even though the water in the river was high, both levels of the backyard were dry enough for use in May. It was relaxing to sit on the back porch and drink coffee in the morning or cider in the afternoon. Bring your sleeping mask since sunrise is early, but beautiful. Every room has wonderful views of outside. Plenty of room for a family of 4-5 without sleeping on a couch. We would stay here again."

"Cathy is Great, The home is a giant older single story Family Home with a basement full of beds and air hocky table, Huge kitchen and dining room, Hot tub, Pool, alot of toys for the pool, garage, even entry gates to the property its fenced, and surrounded by wild turkeys and deer ! It was really nice ! and they allow your Dogs ! Thanks Again Cathy!"

"The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely."

"The home still smells new! My spouse and I traveled with our 1.5 year-old daughter and dog to visit family for Thanksgiving, and this was the definition of cozy and pet-friendly. Fully fenced and well maintained yard, great neighborhood to walk, and nicely furnished. They even had a really nice waffle maker that we're considering buying now, after using it! I've been staying in Medford many years and this was one of the best places I've stayed."
