"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited as two couples — one stayed downstairs and one upstairs — and everyone loved the beds, bedding, bathrooms, robes, soaps, and all the thoughtful amenities. The kitchen setup was incredible, truly something a chef would appreciate. They seemed to think of everything. You can arrive with just your clothes and a quick stop at the store for food. A special thank‐you to Siena for arranging massages and dinner. We absolutely loved our stay!"

"Location, location, location. House is comfortable with rooms upstairs and a nice pullout sofa in the downstairs living. Kitchen is well equipped and has a nice outdoor patio. Being so close to down to downtown makes everything much more enjoyable.. Roll out or a hike out on the trail system up towards the ski resort."

"Property was as described. Nice backyard. Overall we would rent this home again.Parking out front on Maroon Avenue was a bit bothersome. We had two restricted parking permits but vehicles without them were constantly parking in front of the home to access Elk Avenue if we left for the day to hike or bike. This forced us to park down the street or on the next block when returning, making loading and unloading of our vehicles difficult. We saw no enforcement of the restricted parking by Crested Butte. For the homeowner, you have a dead branch from an Aspen tree in the backyard that is resting on an electrical wire. Pruning that dead branch before it becomes a problem would be suggested."
