Only the lobby bar served spirits which meant that you could.only get beer/wine and soft drinks at the pool beach. Wine was acidic. The changing room in the spa was not clean, a broken shower and dirty toilet. Staff mainly professional but not overly friendly. Rooms were worn down, not clean, staff speaks no English, pools were empty, all inclusive dinner was an oily tasteless soup, a salad , an over cooked chicken stew with rice and a mini slice of cake. Asked for more rice ( as that was the only eatable ) and took 1 hr and begging to get it. Elevator didn’t work, getting to the 6th floor was getting up at the 4 and then walk 2 floors.
