A cosy 60-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the second floor of a building with an lift. The location is excellent, as the apartment is right in the city centre, just a short distance from all points of interest—such as the Marina and the Villa Comunale, both a 5-minute walk away, and the Cathedral, a 10-minute walk away—and close to renowned restaurants like Casa Sgarra and Gallo Restaurant.

Parking is available upon request for a fee.



The interior layout is as follows:



- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, 40-inch TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM II with a double sofa bed, 40-inch TV, small refrigerator, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (one split unit in each bedroom), clothesline (one line on the balcony), hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



You can arrange daily cleaning of the accommodation and a breakfast voucher to be used at a nearby café directly with the property, subject to cash payment on site.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trani is a charming town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Swabia made it one of his main coastal fortresses. The town offers splendid natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. The marina is marvellous, dotted with traditional fishing boats and dominated by the town’s symbol, the magnificent Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the characteristic local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, a highlight of the city, visible from the sea.

The accommodation is centrally located, convenient for reaching all points of interest and the sea on foot in less than ten minutes. Essential amenities are within walking distance: within 200 metres, you’ll find a café, a supermarket, and a pharmacy.



- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: You can reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to BARI CENTRALE station, and from there take the regional train towards Barletta and get off at the Trani stop, which is an 8-minute walk from the apartment.
