We had a wonderful stay at this B and B. It was located very close to the port and was clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely stay here again. There are some stairs up to the accommodation, but after a few days, we did not notice them.

Located in the Old City area, we waited about half an hour for the receptionist to come to receive us, it was not convenient to get to the parking lot. It was actually a very large apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms not suitable for a couple, and we didn't realize that when we made the reservation. The apartment itself was clean and beautiful.

We arrived slightly before 3pm for check in. Two other guests arrived a little after us. Since they were Italian speakers they seemed to be given precedence to us. The receptionist proceeded to spend 20 minutes explaining the map and the surrounding area to these guests before eventually it was our turn to check in. We have travelled extensively for the last 3 years and stayed in hundreds of properties but I have not been treated as badly as this at a check in. The receptionist and the other guest could clearly see me standing there with passports in hand but continued their conversation for an extended period. The accommodation itself was spacious and clean. However it was 55 steep stairs away from reception. Try carrying 2 fairly heavy suitcases up 55 steps and see how you feel about the place! My wife has limited mobility and walks with the aid of 2 walking sticks. There was no mention of the 55 step ascent in the advertising material so this presented a challenge to her. In conclusion a rude receptionist and many stairs made this a poor place to stay!

Excellent hébergement. Grande chambre lumineuse, bien insonorisée, décorée avec goût et très propre. Le logement a une terrasse avec vue sur une jolie cour intérieure, il est bien équipé, les lits y sont très confortables, la climatisation fonctionne impeccablement bien et l’emplacement est imbattable. Il y a même un stationnement gratuit à proximité. Le personnel est courtois et n’hésite pas à nous recommander des restos et activités. Toute la famille a adoré!

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in Trani und das Personal war freundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings hatten wir eine Spinne an der Decke. Leider war unser Zimmer mit Zugang zum „Garten“ sehr klein und wirkte dadurch etwas eng. Der Garten war zudem eher ein geteilter Aussenbereich mit dem Nachbarn als ein richtiger Garten. Auch das Lüften war schwierig, wodurch sich das Zimmer schnell etwas feucht angefühlt hat. Ein weiterer Punkt ist der Parkplatz: Obwohl ich nach Hotels mit Parkplatz gefiltert hatte, gibt es keinen eigenen Hotelparkplatz. Etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze, diese sind aber schnell voll. Alternativ gibt es blaue Zonen in der Nähe, die man selbst bezahlen muss. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt okay, vor allem wegen der Lage und dem freundlichen Personal, aber das Zimmer und die Parkplatzsituation waren etwas enttäuschend.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Propreté impeccable. Equipement au top, de la cuisine aux serviettes de bain. Situation centrée mais très calme. Parking à 2 minutes à pied. Seul petit bémol : nous avons dû dormir en chaussetes et survêtement car pas de couvertures à disposition. A mi octobre, dans une vieille bâtisse sans chauffage, un drap et un fin couvre-lit en coton ne suffisent pas.
