"It was a last minute decision to stay here, but fairly it wasn’t bad! It may be horrible or scary for those who have higher standards of a hotel, but for me and my family of 4 including me, it wasn’t too bad. It was very quiet and the staff were so incredibly helpful and very kind! The rooms are.. okay, they’re not luxury depending on which room you have, our room was decent enough though, a little dirty, and things threatened to break if we weren’t careful, but it was our cheapest option so who am I to complain. It’s a nice area for a very quick stay! It’s advertised as a hotel, but the place gives motel. Even has a nice restaurant next door for quick meals aswell. Overall, it was a nervous experience, but not unpleasant."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Yotel. Family of 3. Our room was nice and clean and everything worked well. A couple of things that I felt could have been a bit better. We enjoyed the use of the pool- but as we were checking in at the pool area we were told it was adults only starting at 8 - that part is fine, though I thing 9 pm would be better time, but this information was not posted anywhere! So we went at 7:30, thinking we had until 10 to be at the pool. It would have been better that where the pool hours are posted that they also note the time of adult swim. Also, I enjoyed the coffee that was on the 2nd floor, but everytime we went there was a line waiting for the coffee. Needs to be more than one coffee machine for the whole hotel."

"I was traveling with my 10 year old son and our flight got cancelled due to the weather. So I had to choose a hotel for that night. The reviews and price seemed appropriate for the last minute situation, so I chose this hotel. We arrived relatively quick on an Uber (it was somewhat late, almost 11pm). The entrance is very nice and chic. I wasn't too keen on how the guys at the check in desk looked at us, almost in a making fun of us type of manner, but they checked me in without trouble, and I was tired and ready for a bed. The hotel has the vibe is for adults, but again, last minute stay for a night. The room is small but well proportioned so it doesn't seem crowded. I loved the restroom idea with the colors you could control with the tablet. The room was clean and all functioned properly. We paid for the breakfast, which was good. There were really big flies surrounding the food, which made me lost my appetite, but still ate from the food that was covered. They had a small menu but good variety. Way fancier than a continental breakfast but small compared to bigger hotels. The walk to the metro was great in the morning, like a 5-7 minute walk, so that was convenient. The neighborhood seemed cleaned and well maintained. I would definitely come back to this hotel with my spouse next time."

"We stay at this hotel every trip to dc we love the hotel itself but it can definitely use some updating the headboard pleather is peeling ac was either ice cold all the way down or hot if not constantly on we chose to do a suite for this trip as was our anniversary and we personally would have rather a regular room has more counter space in the bathroom and just seemed more equipped but we love the kitchen staff and location"
