Hotel Ballaro is gorgeous; walking up the grand staircase into the hotel area almost feels like you could be a background character in Romeo and Juliet. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready on our arrival, despite having sent our flight information ahead of time, and we were missed receiving the instructions on how to actually enter the building once we found it, but once that was sorted out, we had a lovely stay.

Very limited and sketchy parking situations didn’t feel safe leaving property to look for parking or dining. Property has potential but it’s like it’s become the party hotel for young people. Additionally the night of our stay there was a party of about 100 teenagers on a school or group trip which took over the entire facility. They were incredibly loud overnight and they blocked all the walkways in the morning forcing us to dragged luggage across green spaces just to get to front desk.

"This is a very unique hotel in a fantastic location close to the beach and restaurants. The room was large, modern and comfortable with great views across the water. Staff were very helpful - especially helping us decipher the rules around street parking. Breakfast and pre-dinner drinks on the rooftop ..."
