Really good for me as a single traveller. Flexible late check in , lift and all good. I had a small single room at good price which was adequate for me for 1 night. Just take note the shower was very small, for me of medium build just OK but if you are larger possibly look at room details for your requirements. The staff are probably one of the best features.

Fantastic hotel and service, staff are very friendly and professional. We had a great stay. We went at end of August 2025. Three minor comments on the property (1) the pool was very cold - too cold for our kids - would be good if there was temperature control (2) a regular shuttle into town would be good, we hired a car but if there was a regular shuttle on an evening it would be better; (3) the beach resort was a long way, I wouldn’t bother with this if I was managing the hotel - it was wasn’t worth the effort and again the shuttle times are extremely limited, would feel trapped down there without a car.

Our first room was small, window looked onto a brick wall, hair and ants in the bathroom. Stephania at the front desk was responsive and helpful, moving us into a different, clean room. Still, that first room was the impression we left with

Thus was a great budget hotel. Impeccably clean. Spacious rooms. Plenty of hot water. Best of all location. Easy walk to everything including pick up place for day trips. Shopping excellent. Gabriella’s restaurant list was terrific we dine several times at locale. It was five minutes walk would recommend and stay again

Now, THIS is a true 5 star experience! Magnificent hotel with a perfect location, unbelievably helpful staff and super clean. Perfect service, impeccable food, breakfast and everything else. If you want to stay in luxury in Palermo, this is where you go! Grazie Mille !
