Such as cleaning the coffee maker/removing the use coffee refill that another guest may be how to use an empty the water in the ice bucket. In other words, the staff were really good and very nice at the front desk."

"We were very happy with our 11th floor-1109 -room. From our balcony we could look right to City Hall,and left to the Art Museum. Weather on our 1st night made sitting on our balcony a pleasant place! The room was very spacious and comfortable,and very clean. The kitchen allowed us to pick up some food locally,@ DiBruno on Chestnut St., and then snack and drink in our room. All in all,a very pleasant stay in a well-located property."
