Your "Traverse City area" home away from home. 750 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath newly remodeled mobile home on .75 acres. Traverse City is 10 minutes from the front door. Interlochen Center for the Arts is even closer. The home is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy. Upscale décor in an economical setting. Dogs are welcome for an added pet fee. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Month long stays are eligible for a 20% discount, week long stays up to a 5% discount.

Great stay!

This location was not too close to town but allowed us to be in between many locations centrally. The house was clean and very cute! We just wish the weather was a bit nicer so we could have enjoyed the fenced in yard a bit more.

Return visit doesn’t disappoint!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Perfect location to explore the Northwest corner of the lower peninsula. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Very quiet, safe neighborhood.

Fishing trip

Property was as advertised. Perfect for 2 guys with a bedroom and bathroom on both ends. Kitchen is great and the living space is a great place to crash at the end of the day.

Great find!

We love the whole northwest lower peninsula, but this is our first time in Grawn. We were a little nervous when we realized this was in a trailer park, but absolutely no reason to worry. It was quiet, clean, so comfortable and located perfectly for us! We didn’t really use much in the kitchen as we were out and about a lot. But seemed to have what we would’ve needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time in Grawn

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us to attend the craft show we came up for. The home was perfect for the four of us to enjoy the evenings playing games. The home is well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend it
