Royal Poinciana # 2508 is a deluxe 2-bedroom, 2 bath, ground level, fully furnished condo located in the popular Royal Poinciana community. This superior end unit condo offers spectacular views of the breath-taking turquoise waters of the Sea of Abaco with world famous Treasure Cay Beach right outside your door. Relax or savor a dip at the fresh water Royal Poinciana swimming pool. Tennis and pickleball courts are just a few steps away. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and large bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds with an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the private deck has a charcoal grill. Entertain in the open plan living dining area featuring a large screen television and large dining table. washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella included.
