I tried multiple times to get in touch with the property manager because we had to change our plans as a result of weather and were hoping to get at least a partial refund, but there was zero response. The manager never replied to my initial message about property either. Obviously the weather was not their fault and we should have cancelled earlier, but the no reply to messages was very frustrating.
