"It was a very convenient location. The staff were very helpful to begin with. We had the convenience of doing laundry cooking our food at our own place and the room was kept clean by the staff. We’ve been there multiple times and this year coming December we’re going there again for my son‘s wedding. We had a very good time and we really loved it."

"I highly recommend this property for before and after international flights. It is well managed! The rooms are basic but well maintained for a moderate property. The coffee shop and dining area, as well as the gift shop are all well managed and exceeded expectations…great amenities to have for a layover. The pool area is also beautiful and well shaded and especially great for families with children due to the water slide. I would book here again for a lay over!"

"First off, staff are amazing. However, rooms are very dated and lack power points on one side of bed. Luckily we had an extension cord. Shower/toilet sliding door is VERY heavy and requires some admin to use Wifi is an extra. Really Hilton. Do better. Overall nice pools etc but needs to have an upgrade"

"Our family (with two boys, ages 9 and 13) had an amazing stay at Nakelo Treasure Island Resort. The location is absolutely idyllic, with crystal-clear water, abundant marine life, and a relaxed atmosphere that made it feel like paradise. There were plenty of activities to keep our boys entertained, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention goes to Henry, who runs many of the kids' activities. He was fantastic! One of our boys' favorite experiences was going crab hunting on the beach after dark to collect food for the turtles in the Hawksbill Turtle Conservation Program. It was both fun and educational. One unexpected bonus was that a continental breakfast was included with our Expedia booking, even though it was not advertised. There is a small surcharge if you want hot breakfast items, but we found the included options perfectly adequate. We especially loved the Fijian Night on Wednesday, which gave us a wonderful opportunity to experience the local culture. Another highlight was the complimentary 10:00 a.m. boat trip to the nearby reef each morning for snorkeling and fish feeding. This excursion was simply magical-the reef is teeming with colorful fish, and the beauty of the underwater world is unforgettable. One of the things we appreciated most was that the resort is Fijian-owned. It gave the experience a genuine local feel, and you could sense the pride and warmth of the people who work there. We left with wonderful memories"

"Hi , The resort has undergone some upgrading which is good since 2016/2017 when we were last there. The nurses are spacious and generally well maintained in terms of cleaning however they are tired. The staff are generally friendly and good to deal with. We met up with a few from 2016/2017 who continue in evidencing Fiji hospitality of the old days. I don’t know that new staff are continuing with that same d style hospitality . Keisha/ Samantha / Miri / sala/ Anup / Sarona/ Vase our housejeroer for her beautiful note on our departure . Lovely staff to mention. One of the things we recommend is more loungers out and away from the pool areas. Not everyone likes to sit around the pool all the time. A really bad experience going into Jacks to buy gifts. They ounce on you and literally follow you around as if you are there to steal not to buy. We did complain about it . Although we bought gifts at the clothing section we did not buy with our discount clincher anything more. We have been travelling to Fiji for over 20 years and bought a lot of things from Jacks however will never support that business again as they are so unwelcoming and rude. Thanks for a nice mini break"

"The reception lady deserves a pay increase she went over and above to help me early in the morning. As my shuttle driver dd not show up. I waited for 2 hrs. Reception booked there hotel tax to Take me..she is absolutely great at her job full of energy and cust. Service. I will come back again.thank you from Helen"
