I usually don’t right reviews, but I am extremely pleased with this hotel if you go to Prag definitely consider this hotel. Extremely clean well located delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. I had a very pleasant day.

Lovely flat but with some issues.
To be improved : hard or impossible to open windows. The blinds are almost transparent and it is bright from 5 am in summer, making it hard to sleep. In the mezzanine, the air conditioning blows on the bed, so you cannot put it on when you sleep, so in summer it gets hot quickly because you are right under the roof with blinds that filters nothing. Cable TV working on and off. Only one shower.
Good thing : easy access, great communication with the staff (although you meet no one), instructions are very clear, The flat is big, clean and well located (we recommend the restaurant Parlament for Czech food, one minute walk). The area is also quiet and safe.

Great, but carpet problem.
"The hotel was wonderful and updated, but the shower drain was a problem and had overflowed onto the adjacent carpet. They had cleaned it, but it was still wet when I checked in. I think it was an isolated problem. The hotel was very nice."
