"I had a big problem getting the key to the room. There was no note or message to explain how to get the key. I tried to call several times but there was no answer. It was a most challenging experience."

"Zimmer sauber, aber es war sehr kalt im Zimmer. Keinerlei auffindbare Erklärung, wie die Temperatur hätte geregelt werden können. Fernseher leider nur Programme vom ÖRR, mein Sat1/RTL etc, diesen waren alle verschlüsselt. Sehr laut, da Hauptstraße direkt vorm Hotel, nachts ausgaktbar aber Abends wirklich nervig"

"The room was very clean and in great condition. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were nice and plush. The closet was a huge walk in style so I was able to unpack and not have to feel like living out of a luggage bag. I loved the in room refrigerator. The shower was powerful and luxurious. Internet connected easy and was a good speed for working. Being an American speaking English only all staff was kind and spoke English for me. I felt right at home."

"The hotel physical condition was average. It is an old hotel so it is very normal and the personnel was soooo helpful and smiling. I want to send special thank for kind help and effort to personnel Ivanna and Malique.They were perfect people. But I had a very very bad restaurant experince . The restaurant does not belong to with the hotel but placed in the hotel so it is effecting the hotel prestige. "Das Zimmer musste dreimal gewechselt werden, bis man ein Zimmer bekam ohne fremde Haare vom vorherigen Gast an der Bettwäsche sowie im Bad. Es wurde in dem 2wöchigen Aufenthalt nicht einmal das Zimmer gereinigt. "
