The front desk was less than helpful, especially on our arrival as our flight was delayed. Absolutely no help with transportation or trying to get something to eat. However, when we checked in at the sister hotel, Hotel Ala, staff were not very friendly. You may also be given a room key for the top floor of the hotel, which is something to be mindful of if you are travelling with lots of luggage as there is no elevator. We experienced this. "When I booked this place I was stupid to assume that 3 people would have beds! A pull out couch with broken springs is not an acceptable bed. Towels only for 2 people. No bath mat. No towel in the kitchen to dry dishes. No extra linens at all. The pull out bed in the couch had DIRTY WRINKLED SHEETS. "

30 minutes de retard à l'enregistrement (14h30 au lieu de 14h00).
Une chambre qui sent l'humidité.
