Located in the heart of the Langhe, just steps from the main square of Treiso and surrounded by renowned restaurants, this elegant two-room apartment offers a stylish retreat with a wonderful view of the Barbaresco hills. Perfect for those who want to live an authentic experience in the Langhe, just 8 km from Alba and the main attractions of the area. Here you can explore vineyards, taste fine wines and relax immersed in the beauty of the landscape. The apartment is on the ground floor. The apartment, recently renovated with modern and elegant finishes, is located on the ground floor of the building. The parquet, present in all rooms, adds a touch of elegance and warmth to the apartment, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere where you can immediately feel at home. Upon entering you enter the living room, spacious and tastefully furnished, complete with a kitchen equipped with everything you need: microwave oven, Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine with pods provided, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and a complete set of dishes and utensils. In the living room you will also find a sofa bed, ideal for hosting a third person or a child. The apartment includes a comfortable double bedroom with a queen-size bed, spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers, perfect for a prolonged stay. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, sink, toilet, bidet and a practical dispenser with soaps and bathroom products. Adjacent to the bathroom is an ante-bathroom with a washing machine, ideal for longer stays or for those who prefer to have all the comforts at hand. You will have access to a wonderful outdoor space shared with the other apartment located on the first floor of the same building. The large outdoor space, furnished with tables, chairs and deck chairs, offers a breathtaking view of the rolling hills of the Langhe. It is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration, sipping a glass of local wine or enjoying the magnificent sunsets that only this land can offer. The apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi. The public parking is adjacent to the property, convenient and free.
