Excellent location. We booked an lake view room and we were very happy with the room/view. The hotel is located directly in front of the Lenno Ferry pick up location, this was extremely helpful for us as we explored the different lake towns daily. Staff at ht efront desk is super helpful and welcoming

The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to the greenway ferry terminal and two public beaches. The restaurant was excellent and great service. Breakfast was also very good. The rooms were large, excellent airconditioning

This hotel is a gem; with helpful staff and a lakeside location off the main road. It was our first night in Italy and a perfect introduction. Lovely walk along the waterfront and you can get to Villa Balbaniello, but get tickets in advance. We would stay here again anytime.

This is one of my best hotel stays. From the friendly check-in, great breakfast, and responsive service, the experience was great. The pool was a great way to relax and refresh after a day of touring the sights of Lake Como. Location was conveniently located in front of the Lenno ferry terminal.
