"Excellent location to downtown area Tremezzo and short 10 minute drive to Lenno. Also 3 minute walk to ferry. Beautiful balcony room and included breakfast over looks majestic lake and mountains. Included buffet and made to order breakfast options. We also ate dinner one night overlooking the lake and mountains. Definitely recommend this location. "

"Wonderful property on a less popular town on Lake Como. The hotel is opposite of a ferry stop. Lenno is frequented by tourists coming to see Villa Del Balbianello. Without a car, the town is accessible by bus from train station and that is somewhat inconvenient, especially if carrying large luggage. Hotel has a nice restaurant and a pool. Air conditioning is centrally controlled so that could be a problem if the room is hot and the A/C is not operational. Other than that, highly recommended."

"The room was minimal and had a nice view! Balcony was clean. Shower was a bit small. Staff was pleasant, and location was perfect for ferry rides exploring other little towns. The pool was very cold and there was construction going on around pool and hottub was closed. Breakfast was nice but cost us an extra $20 because we didnt include it with the room. Not sure it was worth $20 a person but it was good."
