The apartment has 45 sqm + a large separated terrace on level 1 and a private garage parking.
It has views over Tremosine highlands, the mountains and a partial view of the lake.
It is located minutes away from Campione Beach, the popular multi-activity water sport location on Lake Garda suited for Windsurf, Kitesurf, Sup, Sailing, Canoeing, or just for swimming the crystal clear water of this portion of the lake.
Settled right at the heart of one of the most exciting territory for MTB, hiking, or nordic walking; from here are easily reached through picturesque old WWI white roads, and scenic trails, all the highest peaks among which Mt. Tremalzo (1950) and Mt. Caplone (2000); including all the best historical site and scenic lookouts of the territory.
