Kleine, nette Wohnung. Ruhiger Urlaubsort

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber ausreichend für 4 Personen. Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, Betten sind sauber. Alles intakt. Duschhalterung war kaputt, wurde jedoch nach Hinweis repariert. Es gibt netten Geschäft, etwas zu teuer , aber ok. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Jetzt zu negativen Punkten, was das Leben mit den Kindern dort erschwert hat.. Es gibt keine Klima, Abends ist es zwar sehr erfrischend draußen, man kann aber die Fenster nicht öffnen, sehr viele Stechmücken und Stinkkäfer. Es gibt keine Netze oder Gardinen.nach Anfrage wurde uns ein sehr verstaubtes dreckiges Ventilator gebracht. Fernseher zeigt nur italienische Sender. Internet hat nicht funktioniert, WLAN Box auch nach Austausch nicht funktionsfähig. Der Kühlschrank hatte unangenehm gerochen, wir haben es gewaschen, mussten aber alle Produkte in zusätzlichen Tüten dort lagern.Die Kommunikation mit Agentur lief über WhatsApp, das war nette Frau. Aber die Frau die vor Ort die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht hat und eigentlich Ansprechpartner vor Ort war, ist unangenehm und unfreundlich, spricht nur italienisch, und scheint immer genervt zu sein. Urlaub im Ort würden wir wieder machen, aber wahrscheinlich nicht über die Agentur

Ottima assistenza al cliente. Poche cose, ma Basterebbe fare come si usa in altre parti del mondo..lasciare nell'appartamento un form da compilare prima del check out su quello che va migliorato o aggiustato nell'appartamento.
