Gina's Attic Romantic Refuge Under the Sky of Tremosine



Immersed in the tranquillity of the hamlet of Priezzo, Attico Gina is a romantic attic apartment of approximately 50 m², ideal for a couple or a small family up to 3 people. Located on the top floor of Casa Gina, a two-family house with a garden and barbecue, the attic has been recently renovated to offer a welcoming, modern environment with a rustic charm.



The interior, with exposed wooden ceiling, offers a warm and intimate atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a relaxing escape. The apartment consists of a bright living area with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and an open-plan bedroom in studio style. Contemporary design meets the warmth of natural materials, creating a unique and evocative environment.



Available to guests is also a private car park and a solarium area, perfect for enjoying the sun in total tranquillity.



Important note: The penthouse is located on the second floor and is only accessible via internal stairs, therefore it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Moreover, due to the architectural characteristics of the attic, accommodation is recommended for people with a maximum height of 1.80 m.

Eine gemütliche Wohnung in den Bergen von Tremosine

Eine sehr gemütliche Unterkunft in Priezzo am Gardasee. Der Weg dorthin ist mit einem größeren Auto etwas abenteuerlich, aber wenn man einmal da ist, kann man gut entspannen und ganz viele tolle Touren in der Umgebung unternehmen. Danke an Giulia für die Betreuung vor Ort und die Tipps für Unternehmungen und Parkplätze in Limone. Ich hätte mir noch ein etwas gemütlicheres, wärmeres Licht in der Unterkunft gewünscht. Und man muss sich bewusst sein, dass die Wohnung nur Dachgeschossfenster und kein offenes Fenster nach draußen hat. Es ist daher eher dunkel in der Wohnung. Aber dafür machen es die Dachbalken sehr gemütlich.
