Nestled within Mediterranean greenery, the apartment Maison du Pralonc - Cielo is located in Tremosine Sul Garda and boasts a beautiful view over Lake Garda and the mountains. Sehr schön!

Pros: Der Ausblick ist phantastisch 😍 und es ist alles sehr sauber. Es hat alles prima und sehr umkompliziert funktioniert, von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Die Vermieterin (Tatiana) spricht und schreibt sehr gut deutsch und ist easy telefonisch oder über WhatsApp zu erreichen, falls Fragen aufkommen. Tagsüber ist sie auch alle paar Stunden im benachbarten Haus, aber man hat trotzdem absolute Ruhe, da das Haus ein eigenes Grundstück hat. Ich (48) war mit meiner Mutter (77) eine Woche hier und wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Besonders das Frühstück und Abendbrot auf der Terrasse einzunehmen, war bei dem herrlichen Ausblick traumhaft. Persönliche Empfehlung: Pasta im ca. 200m entfernten Restaurant "S. Marco" 😋 Danke Tatiana✌️

Phantastische Lage mit herrlichem Blick, Anfahrt etwas anspruchsvoll

Pros: Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war insgesamt wunderschön. Die Lage in den Bergen über dem Gardasee ist wirklich traumhaft - der Blick auf den See ist einfach atemberaubend und macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Die Anfahrt vom See ist etwas beschwerlich, da die Straßen teilweise sehr eng, steil und kurvenreich sind. Man braucht ungefähr 25 Minuten, um den See zu erreichen (die Strada dell Forra, die sog. James-Bond-Straße, ist aktuell gesperrt). Das sollte man vorher wissen, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall für die Ruhe und die Aussicht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet - Balkon-/Terrassenmöbel, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Nur die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, doch für die Grundversorgung ist alles vorhanden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Prachtig uitzicht!

Pros: Fijn huis waar alles aanwezig is. Fijne host. Hele goede WiFi. Maar het mooist is natuurlijk het uitzicht. Je zit mooi hoog en kijkt uit op het meer en de bergen. Heerlijk rustige plek ook. Cons: Op de hete dagen zou alleen een airco wel fijn zijn. Er is wel 1 ventilator aanwezig voor een beetje verkoeling.

Traumhafte Aussicht, ruhige Lage, äußerst nette Vermieterin

Schon die Anfahrt zum Ferienhaus ist die Reise wert. Nachdem man Riva del Garda sowie Limone passiert hat und von der beeindruckende Seestraße abbiegt, folgt eine beeindruckende Auffahrt zum Ort Tremosine. Die im James-Bond-Film genutzte Straße ist bei jeder Auffahrt wieder ein Erlebnis! Sie ist allerdings in der Zeit von 10-19 Uhr nur vom See hoch zum Ort befahrbar. Zu den anderen Zeiten muss man die ebenfalls schöne Abfahrt über Limone nutzen. Der Ort an sich hat alles, was man braucht. Supermärkte, Restaurants und nette Cafés laden zu einem Ortsbummel ein. Die Kirche, der Ausblick von der Eisdiele und von der Sonnenterrasse eines Restaurants über den See bieten ein perfektes Fotopanorama. Das Highlight ist allerdings der Blick von der Sonnenterrasse der Ferienwohnung. Andere Gardaseeurlauber müssen nach einem perfekten Blick auf den See suchen, hier hat man ihn jede Minuten vor Augen. Die schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Das frisch renovierte Bad ist top! Auch ein Ventilator für extrem heiße Tage ist vorhanden. Die Vermieterin Tatiana ist jederzeit erreichbar und immer bemüht, alle Wünsche und Fragen sofort zu klären. Wir wurden die ganze Zeit herzlichst begleitet. Torneremo molto volentieri e vi ringraziamo per una grande vacanza. Ciao

Ganz tolle Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und entspricht in der Einrichtung der Beschreibung auf der Website. Die Vermieterin Tatjana war immer zur Stelle, wenn wir eine Frage hatten, oder Hilfe brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana war einfach (Telefon oder Whats App). Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Besonders bemerkenswert sind die beiden Terrassen mit der herrlichen Aussicht. Klare Weiterempfehlung für die Wohnung.

Pros: Die Wohnungsbesitzerin - eine nette junge Frau, die sehr gut deutsch gesprochen hat, war immer für uns erreichbar , hat unsere Fragen beantwortet und uns Tipps gegeben. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief absolut unproblematisch. Wir hatten 2 schöne Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Aussicht von der Terasse war einfach traumhaft. Wir haben die wunderschöne Natur, die Ruhe, abseits vom touristischen Trubel genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Möbel auf der Terasse - Tisch, Stühle, Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliegen- alles war hochwertig und gemütlisch. Wir bedanken uns bei der Tatjana Ballarini und würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen

Bewertung Mietobjekt Wir waren sehr mit der Lage und der Terrasse zufrieden. Leider waren wir von der Ausstattung des Objekts enttäuscht. Es war kein Spülmittel und sehr wenig Küchengeräte vorhanden. Die Kopfkissen waren sehr hart.Es waren viel zu wenig Steckdosen vorhanden und schlecht benutzbar. Die Dusche ist eine Katastrophe, viel zu klein und zu eng. Der Herd weißt auch einige Probleme auf. Der Backofen war nicht funktionsfähig und es war auch keine Anleitung dafür vorhanden.

Das Appartment liegt auf knapp 500 m und hat zwei wunderbare, große Terrassen mit Blick auf den See, die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben für Frühstück, Faulenzen und Aperitiv. Fußläufig gibt es ein gutes Restaurant und ein Stück weiter einen Supermarkt in dem es morgens auch frische Brioches fürs Frühstück gibt. Die Wohnküche ist lichtdurchflutet. Wir haben eine abwechslungsreiche, rundum gelungene Ferienwoche verbracht mit Baden, Kiten (direkt unten am Hafen von Tignale bzw in Campione) Wandern und Sightseeing.
