Located just 10 m from the "Travel sia" bus station, 50 m from "Tengo cuore Italiano", 200 m from the "Conad Margherita" supermarket, and 200 m from "Ristorante Miralago", guests have easy access to local services. The "Alto Garda Nature Reserve Park" is only 600 m away, offering opportunities for outdoor adventures. The villa is also conveniently close to Lake Garda (7 km), with both sandy and rocky beaches at "Campione sul garda" 7 km away, adding to the variety of leisure options available. "Gardaland" and the "Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium" are about 97-98 km away, with the historic city of Verona 99 km from the villa. The villa is equipped with a garden, furnished garden area, fenced property, terrace, washing machine, balconies, and outdoor parking within the property.



The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer, ensuring guests have everything they need to prepare meals.



We inform all our guests that our agency manages the rent of Holiday properties. And, as required by law, we do not provide any hotel services. Listed in our accommodations there are the essential supplies we provide to the accommodations : Check in service from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, and the first supply of toilet paper. No other amenities provided. Thus no food, personal or household hygiene products.

Unforgettable view

Great, spacious house, very close to the center of the village, and at the same time it was very quiet and peaceful. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Comfortable beds, the house equipped with everything you need. Fantastic service, very helpful and polite. We recommend it for a family trip! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Lake Garda Wonder

The property itself was good and the view was spectacular. Pieve is a very charming village high in the mountains and the property is within the village so everything was easily accessible.
