The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. Nice to garage parking when available. While nice, the room was cramped for space. I would stay again.

Was really surprised by the level of the hotel, super clean. All the personell super professional, kind and nice people. Definetely a place I wuold reccomend

The staff, room, bar, and parking were fantastic. But I am getting upset that properties advertise amenities that aren’t open or are permanently close. Like indoor pool and spa. Or restaurant. I make my choices based on amenities. Come on…. Update your pages.

Excellent hotel near Trento
Great little hotel! We only needed a stopover, so didn't have time to check out the spa or the restaurant (which both looked good!), but this hotel was ideal for our needs. Easy to find, safe & secure parking, free wifi, good breakfast, and really friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. We'll be back!

The staff is pleasant and friendly. The room is nice, especially the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was OK, coffee not so much. The hotel is far from the city center but easy to reach by car, with convenient parking.

For the price this hotel was great. It was not within walking distance of anything but I understand buses can take you from the hotel into the town center.

Did not meet expectations
Most of the hotel is nice. But I got the room in the 1st floor which was really not up to my expectations. There was humidity: some water leaking from the shower into the room. The staff was also not very helpful. In fact one of them was even rude hanging up on me when I mentioned the Internet was not working in my room. The only way to use Internet through Wi-Fi signal was at the reception.

Don't go by the cover
Hotel Adige did not look promising as we drove in after crossing over form Switzerland. The exterior is less then eye pleasing, to say euphemistically. However inside there was a wonderful host (I'm sorry sir, forgot your name), ready to answer any questions and recommend local, very authentic osterias. The rooms were very comfortable and had a back view of the alps.

Dear Mr. Matko, thank you for your review! Our hotel is located near Trento and not in Alto Adige or Switzerland (that's totally another kind of hotels - but you can see from the picture on the web how is our house (oustide and inside!) .a City hotel is not like a mountain hotel!

No pool as promised, air conditioner did not work, front desk clerk who pretended not to understand English whenever a problem was mentioned. Too much negative to mention.

Dear Mr Bill, we are really sorry, you did not appreciate your stay in our Hotel. Our wellness centre/spa (pool, sauna, steambath, viatrium..) is included just in the superior rooms (not with standard room) - as clearly indicated in the description of the hotel! But you can enter the pool also with a standard room (paying the entrance). We really apologize for the behaviour of the receptionist : all our personnel understand English and we really apologize for it! We are working to find out what happened!

Ottimo. Sono arrivato in tarda serata. L'Hotel è in una struttura commerciale, insolito. Dopo un primo smarrimento iniziale dovuta a questa situazione non comune, la struttura è bella pulita. Accoglienza del portiere di notte super cordiale. Ci viene fornito senza esitazioni un caricabatteria per il telefono. Colazione ottima. Al check out piccola incomprensione sul.costo della colazione. Sono pochi euro, non è un problema, dico che non fa nulla, non cerco neanche di discutere. Ma la persona al check out non ascolta e storna senza problemi il costo. Dormo fuori casa circa 200 notti l'anno. Raramente ho avuto una sensazione così positiva, dal check in al check out. Kudos. Tornerò.

I stayed with my partner and our dog at the Best Western Hotel Adige one night (between Sunday 3rd and Monday 4th September). Unfortunately we had an unpleasant moment with the lady at the reception at h22:45. After our night walk with the dog, we come in the lobby and ask for a drinnk, as the bar is located next to the reception. The lady in charge – who was alone and with no other guests around – ask us to wait for 15 min, i.e. till h23:00. We sit on one of the couches and wait patiently. At h22:53 a guest enters the lobby and asks for her three glasses of champagne. Dutifully, the lady at the counter serves that guest. When I ask for explanations why that guest is served but we are not, the receptionist/bar tender tells us that that lady was "kindly" ("gentilmente") waiting for 20 min. I replied that while "we are all kind people", if she can serve that lady she can also serve us. Once I said that this would certainly go into my review, then (!) she served us too and said that our drinks are on the house. I am thankful for the drinks, but that behaviour is unacceptable with paying customers: that misbehaviours should not be "bought" with a drink, but with a sincere and full apology. While we drink in the lobby, we see that at h23:00 a colleague of the lady takes her place. We thus realise that the lady simply wanted to finish her shift without bodering to register another transaction (ours!) on the register. Basically her laziness came before customers. Chapeau!
