Great hotel for a family ski trip

The staff members were all very friendly. The hotel had daily activities for both children and adults and there are both foosball and ping pong tables. The hotel has parking and it is about 250 meters from the nearest ski lift or run, almost at the top of Monte Bondone.

Una bella scoperta, un accoglienza veramente professionale in reception grazie a sergio e la ragazza che non ricordo il nome (che somiglia a anne hathaway)! Animazione spaziale con Nello e Andrea che ci hanno fatto divertire tutte le sere e ci hanno permesso di sciogliere il ghiaccio con gli altri ospiti con cui abbiamo fatto amicizia. Ambiente accogliente anche per i bambini che si sono divertiti un mondo. Ottimo punto proprio a 1 minuto a piedi dalle piste. Camere poco grandi! Cucina e servizio accettabile ma con un gran potenziale. Unico consiglio mettere un tostapane per la colazione( il pane è sempre freddo) 😉

Piccolo sforzo per arrivare alla perfezione

Ideale per famiglie e per chi cerca una soluzione economica. Meno indicato per coppia... dal mio personale punto di vista. Ci sarebbero un paio di cose da sistemare per rendere più gradevole il soggiorno di chiunque

Deludente

Arrivati, all' apparenza la struttura sembra accogliente anche se molto datata. Entrati invece l' accoglienza è mediocre nulla di eccezionale. Ci assegnano una tripla; come richiesto; la num 101 al piano - 1. Camera molto piccola per 3 persone ed il cane. Ci si muove a malapena. Abbiamo però un piccolo terrazzino vista " monte" ma essendo a piano -1 vedi poco. Camera non molto accogliente TV piccola e non subito funzionante; qui scatta la prima lamentela. Il frigo bar lasciamo perdere. Sportello esterno rotto; un po' sbilenco, per giunta spento. La nota dice : "per l' accensione ed il riempimento rivolgersi in Reception" assurdo.!! Cmq sorvoliamo. Il paesaggio è davvero impeccabile. Servizio per colazione nella media. Se arrivi prima trovi assortimento, se arrivi più tardi; ma sempre nell' orario, trovi poco. E quindi ti arrangi. Sorvolando il pranzo perché eravamo fuori. Passiamo alla cena.! Menu poco assortito e per nulla particolare o del luogo. 20€ a persona bevande escluse non è contemplato. Anche qui c'è un buffet iniziale come antipasto, ma anche qui come la colazione bisogna essere cavallette, altrimenti trovi poco. Il contesto non è per chi ama la pace in quanto è un hotel molto molto Family in cui la presenza di bambini di ogni età è presente con tutte le controindicazioni del caso. Premesso che anche noi avevamo un ragazzo di 13 anni ed un cane. Nota positiva accetta animali domestici. Insomma nel complesso non lo consiglio a chi vuole un soggiorno tranquillo.

Reasonable price. Great stay

We 3 people arrived at the hotel at midnight The parking was difficult but free. They upgraded us to another 4stars hotel in their network. Hotel Alpine Mogul where is 5 minutes driving. Therefore my review is for AM. The room for 3 people is very large and mountain view. Bathroom is big. Bed and bedsheets were clean. Towels are soft. Very quiet place. I slept well. Soundproof room.

Piacevole hotel direttamente sulle piste da sci, camera spaziosa con bagno con doccia molto ampio. buona pulizia di tutti gli ambienti. Colazione a buffet con vasta scelta (specialmente di dolci). Personale gentile
