Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. "DO NOT STAY HERE:
Old facilities
Cleaners do not respect the DND label on the door
No hot water on the first night
No sleep on the second night because of a party that was being thrown officially in one of the halls just below our bedroom
Staff is there only for your money, when we complained about the noise they lied that they cannot hear it, then they said it will end in a few minutes and it did stop only at 1 am
If you want to pay and have no sleep - this is your place, otherwise - DO NOT...

"We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!"

"The folks at Bellavista were very warm and friendly. We walked in and Elaina was at the front desk to greet us with a smile. The food at their restaurant was some of the best I have ever had and the wait staff very attentive! Cost of dinner was pretty high but definitely worth it. Get the venison stroganoff!"
