"The hotel is absolutely magical! Beautiful, stylish, spotless, friendly! Reception area is lovely, rooms huge, bed comfy, rooftop terrace with amazing views. Pool, 2 hottubs on roof. Free water, great shower, super quiet off main drag. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you for a great stay! "

"Wow. Truly a hidden gem perfect for a relaxing getaway. We chose the weekday trip as we heard it gets really busy in Tepotzlan over the weekends. The property is kept beautifully with tropical gardens and mountain views from the pool. The rooms have cozy patios with fireplaces and they deliver coffee and cookies every morning. The food in the restaurant was so good we ate every meal there vs taking a taxi into town. Hope to be back soon!"

"The pools are great and the staff are nice, but the waterslide wasn't working (July 2025), you are not allowed to bring any food/drinks/snacks into the resort, the beds are quite hard (but tolerable). There was loud music quite late into the night and the rooms are not soundproof. We didn't hate it, but we wouldn't stay again. We paid extra for the 2-bedroom family room and there were air conditioners in the rooms, but im not certain all the rooms do. It's also worth knowing in advance that the security guards at the gate swap your ID for a card when you drive in and out. This disnt cause us a problem, but caught us off guard. "
