Great location and service

The stay was amazing! 100% recommended. We were treated wonderfully, and without a doubt, we’ll be coming back. The entire team was exceptional—very attentive, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you all! We especially want to recommend the drivers, particularly Aldair, and the kitchen team: Andrés, Arturo, and Magdiel. We’re also deeply grateful to the cleaning staff—a thousand thanks! This property is beautiful and the staff was excellent, but I would say that the hotel is already starting to feel a little worn out. Our front door to our hotel room looks like it had been broken into with a screwdriver. It’s hard to close any of the doors without them slamming extra hard.. There’s also numbers missing on the walls throughout the hallways and stairs and just generally rough around the edges. I know Hotel get thrashed very quickly by guests so it’s not the end of the world, but I’ve definitely excise. It needs somebody to run through it and clean it up a bit. But overall, we had a very good experience.

This brand new hotel is in the center of Roma Norte, easily walkable to popular cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. The hotel room itself is beautiful, the room is spacious with all kitchenware needed, the bed is super comfortable and AC works perfectly (most airbnbs have no AC). I would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, location and staff. Would stay here every time. The roof is gorgeous too!
