Excellent place to visit Umbria area !

Hello, We really enjoyed our holidays at this house full equipped. Wide rooms with air conditioned very useful during summer time. The pool is large enough with an AMAZING view on the valley and on Trevi! We have a very good welcome and availibity of the renter. By the way, they produce a good olive oil locally. Thanks again! Soggiorno fantastico in una struttura pulita, grande ed accogliente. Host gentilissimo e premuroso, location tranquilla e silenziosa ottima per rilassarsi e godersi un ottimo panorama. Non posso giudicare la piscina perché ad ottobre non l abbiamo usata. Super consigliato

Marcello e la sua famiglia sono il TOP!

Marcello e la sua famiglia ci hanno davvero fatto sentire come parte della famiglia: sempre attenti e disponibili ad ogni esigenza e con una pulizia davvero impeccabile di tutto. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nella loro casa più grande tra quelle proposte a settembre 2020 e ci siamo trovati benissimo: gentilezza, cortesia, disponibilità, presenza ma mai invadenza. Anche il socio di Marcello è stato gentilissimo: addirittura avendoli avvisati che avremmo fatto una grigliata in un determinato giorno, ci hanno pulito la griglia in piscina e passato una volta in più i repellenti per la disinfestazione delle zanzare. Vi abbracciamo forte e speriamo di riuscire a tornare a trovarvi prossimamente. Mamma ancora ricorda la bontà dei fichi del vs albero...papà ancora sogna la bontà dei prodotti della vs terra! Consiglio, stra-consiglio, iper-consiglio location e locatari! Siete fantastici. Alessia, Franca, Luigi.

très décevant

malgré la gentillesse de Marcello, pour notre séjour de 9 jours, nous avons l'impression d'avoir été victimes d'une arnaque car la piscine annoncée était vide, non disponible, la vue depuis le rez-de-chaussée donnait sur le mur de la maison d'en face, le chemin pour se rendre à la maison était très étroit et risqué, et la terrasse qui était située à deux rues plus bas autour de la piscine était fermée. Par contre, il s'agit d'une grande maison de 2 étages avec trois chambres. Nous ne la recommandons pas.

Vriendelijke eigenaar en beheerder zijn zeer attent en behulpzaam, super verzorgd zwembad maakt natuurlijk het verschil. Omgeving is rustig, huis ligt op het westen dus elke dag een mooie zonsondergang.

Amazing place, lovely people!

We had a fantastic 12-night stay in this spacious 4-bed house! Marcello and all the other staff were really friendly and extremely helpful, they made sure that we had a lovely time in this beautiful rustic getaway. We cannot thank them enough! This place is great for a quiet retreat or as a base to explore Trevi and the surrounding area by car. Incredible views and beautiful pool!

Appartamento davvero bello e confortevole, si trova in un bellissimo borgo dal quale è possibile raggiungere in breve tempo luoghi molto belli. Casa molto ampia, confortevole e pulita, tutto è nuovo e curato come si vede dalle foto. Non mancava proprio nulla. Si trova in un borgo tranquillo e silenzioso ma facilmente raggiungibile dalla strada principale e si raggiungono in poco tempo i luoghi di interesse della zona. Ringraziamo il proprietario per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.

Ruhiges und bequems Haus

Da Haus liegt in schone Umgebung, mit herrlichen Sicht nach Trevi. Sehr gunstig um Assisi und Spoleto zu besichtigen, In der Nahe (3-5 KM) sehr gute Restauranten (Pizzeria). Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt, mit ganz gut Austattung.

Bellissimo posto davvero. Appartamento curato e pulito, la piscina esattamente come in foto e panorama incantevole. Posto perfetto per chi cerca una vacanza all'insegna del relax ed allo stesso tempo la posizione permette di visitare moltissimi luoghi. Inoltre, il personale è davvero molto carino e cordiale.
