"I took an upgrade offer to the newly renovated 'Salon' suites. It's similar to 'Club Room' level of service where you have a dedicated check in/out desk, but with a few more perks. Whilst I didn't need the extra perks, or the nicer room, it was cheap enough to go ahead anyway and I'm glad I did. The room was lovely, the service for anything needed felt 5*, and the process of checking in/out was so quick and easy. During our stay, Figo and Kaka (ex. global football stars) checked in for a night too. If it's good enough for them it's certainly good enough for me! "

"Food was very good, but slightly limited in options. Rooms are well laid out and cozy. The staff are very attentive without being overbearing or intrusive. Chi Quyen and Anh Chris and Anh Bobby were standouts amongst the very supportive staff. The “hip slick” style was nice; but the warm friendly atmosphere really brought it home! Thank you Wink staff and GM Richard"

"We stayed for two nights and would definitely come back. The apartment was very clean, the bed big enough and comfortable. Everything you need for a short time stay. Host was very kind and helpful. And very important: No insects of any kind, which is unfortunately not always a given in Vietnam."
