"The staff was great! The room was clean. We were there for the oglebay light display and this hotel was only 2 1/2 miles away. So glad we stayed here, and it was close to everything.My wife and I had dinner and drinks at the "Wheel House" which is located directly across the street and the hospitality there was also exceptionally great. Thanks for everything! I will be back."

"Lady front desk was Awesome made me feel right at home..got us rooms close together..let us use breakfast area for our pizza for dinner..was very helpful with everything we needed during our stay...dont remember her name but she saidshe was there for 8 years.."

"Hilary was a very good communicator. The place was picturesque and clean. Once we figured out the heaters we were very comfortable and cozy. It was nice to have plenty of toilet tissue, paper towels, toiletries and dish-wear. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet. "

"Everything was great and the service was excellent. Hotel was clean and it's in a great location. The only critique was the indoor pool is either not heated, the heater wasn't working, or it was off. The main reason we booked here was to go to Oglebay (20 minute drive) then swim with the kids. The pool temperature made it difficult but we still dealt with it. Just a suggestion to turn it up or get it fixed. Would still stay here again!"
