"The room experience was terrible Breakfast was not available but mentioned as included during booking! Plug points were not working. Most importantly the main door was not locking and the staff mentioned they dont have anyone to fix it and have to wait till the next morning which was ridiculous and safety concern! I asked for a full refund which is yet to be processed"

"AC was great, bed was clean, pillows were flimsy, room was clean enough, shower is a nightmare. Worked for what I need it for (driving into Pittsburgh for a hockey game and flying out the next morning) and my gripes aren't big enough to say I wouldn't come back."

"A hidden gem. This was a former Hampton Inn but it was just as good as any big name hotel. Rooms were clean and everything was working. Comfortable beds and lots of parking. Excellent gym."

"Have stayed here twice. Nice for the price. Staff is always happy and helpful. It’s a great property to Lay your head down. We didn’t need anything other than a bed and shower. Stayed for the NFL draft and get an excellent deal. Rooms were clean but hotel definitely could use a facelift. Stay on the third floor as my only complaint is you can hear people walking above you. Other than that, I’ll stay here again!"

"We had stains on our carpet! There was cobwebs in the corners of the rooms and in the bathrooms ! The shower wasn't cleaned properly there was hairs on the shower walls! I left after the first day ! I'll be calling the main office ! This place needs a serious overhaul!"
