Clean room with a great bed. The lobby looked very nice and the staff was great. My only issue was that someone knocked on the door at 1030 and we told them we were still there. Around 11 they started vacuuming right outside our door. Check out wasn't until 12.

Awful service. The room had a bad smell & they did nothing about it saying it’s because the AC hasn’t been running prior to check in. I requested an extra towel and they never brought it to my room. I’m expecting someone to reach out to me about this experience

Was unaware that this hotel would be undergoing renovations during our stay. While this would not generally be a huge deciding factor, this hotel however was in a massive state of disrepair.
